Free Thankfulness Songwriting Template
Around Thanksgiving is a great time to practice thankfulness and gratitude with clients. In the US, the year is starting to wrap up and people start reflecting on what their past year has held.
I’ve adapted “thank u, next” as a songwriting to practice identifying areas in their life they can be grateful for. You can use the song to teach what it means to be thankful, help clients reminisce on their life, and discuss that both “good” and “bad” times can be times of learning and growth. The song is fresh and catchy, so it’s age appropriate for kids, teens, and adults!
