Eras Musical Autobiography

Music Autobiographies are something I’ve done for years, using music to highlight different life events or get to know a client’s life story. If there’s anyone that can serve as an example for this though, it’s Taylor Swift. As her Eras Tour and re-recorded albums showcase, she has gone through many stages and seasons of life - and has become one of the biggest stars of our time, yet still relatable. So, we’ve created a fresh version of a music autobiography, inspired by all of Taylor’s Eras.

In this Eras Musical Autobiography, we’ve included an album themed creative arts / journal template with multiple ideas for how to use it. Additionally, we have 2 full pages of using Taylor’s songs to discuss various themes from each era. You could spend one music therapy session crafting a client’s own version of the Eras Musical Autobiography, or deep dive into each album / themes one at a time!
